Agreements on Scope, Timelines, and Consulting Engagements
By engaging Achilles Consulting Group, LLC for business and management consulting services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the operational framework, financial obligations, and legal parameters of our consulting engagements.
Achilles Consulting Group, LLC provides professional consulting services, including business strategy, operations improvement, organizational development, change management, leadership coaching, and performance analytics. The specific nature, scope, and deliverables will be explicitly detailed in a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter.
While Achilles Consulting Group, LLC executes engagements with disciplined internal scheduling, outcomes depend on timely client participation. Delays caused by incomplete information, postponed workshops, or deferred leadership decisions may extend project timelines and are outside our control.
Fees detailed in your proposal cover consulting services, expertise, and agreed deliverables. Third-party expenses, software licenses, or travel costs—when applicable—will be identified in writing. Invoices from Achilles Consulting Group, LLC must be settled according to stated terms; delinquency may result in pausing active work until accounts are current.
To deliver effective recommendations, Achilles Consulting Group, LLC requires timely access to relevant stakeholders, documents, systems, and decision-makers. Delays in scheduling interviews, sharing data, or approving deliverables will correspondingly delay milestones.
Upon full settlement of associated invoices, rights to final client-specific deliverables created for your engagement transfer to you as defined in the SOW. Achilles Consulting Group, LLC reserves the right to anonymize engagement summaries and reference non-confidential outcomes in illustrative materials, unless otherwise restricted in writing.
